Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation before the start of a series: Full refund minus a $60 administrative fee if canceled at least 7 days before the first class.

• Cancellation after the series begins: No refunds, but you may transfer your spot to another child.

• Drop-In Classes: Refunds are available only if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled drop-in class. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations less than 24 hours prior or no-shows.

• Class cancellations by the studio: If a class is canceled by us, families will be notified and either a makeup class will be scheduled or a refund for that specific class will be issued.

• No-show policy: No refunds for missed classes, including makeup classes, as each session builds on the last.

• Late registrations: Late registrations are accepted but are not eligible for full refunds if canceled.

• Special circumstances: We are happy to work with families individually if needed.
